Microgreens
1. Quality Assurance:
- We guarantee the quality and freshness of our microgreens upon delivery. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Reporting Issues:
- For quality concerns, please email BMVF702@gmail.com with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue with Title “Microgreen Issue”. We kindly ask you to report any problems promptly to facilitate a quick resolution.
3. Refund or Replacement:
- Upon verification of the reported issue, we will offer the option of a refund or a replacement for the affected product. The decision will be based on the nature of the concern.
4. Timeframe for Reporting:
- Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your microgreens to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
5. Unopened Packages:
- Unopened packages that are still within their shelf life may be eligible for return and refund. Please contact us to discuss the details.
6. Perishable Nature:
- Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than quality concerns.
7. Customer Satisfaction:
- Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to working with you to address any concerns and ensure a positive experience.
*Note: Please be mindful of the perishable nature of microgreens and ensure that you are available to receive your package upon delivery to maintain their freshness.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale itemsOnly regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at BMVF702@gmail.com for further instructions
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
No Returns on Grow Kits and education services. All purchases are final with grow kits and services
